Pokémon Go is not a childish title, far from it. In fact, he is very demanding and it will take you long hours of training before you become a respected trainer. Fortunately, there are a few tips to go a little faster and waste less time. Very useful tips, then.
The following list is not exhaustive, of course, and it makes perfect sense as there are dozens and dozens of different tips.
Pokémon Go is indeed a much more complex title than one might think. So, if you know other tips or if you have advice to share, you should obviously not deprive yourself of them.
The comments are indeed used for that.
Get started with Pikachu
When you start your training career, Pokémon Go gives you the option of choosing between three different Pokémon: Squirtle, Charmander or Bulbasaur.
Pikachu is not one of the creatures on offer but there is still a trick to start with him.
Which ? Just wait for the three Pokémon to appear on the screen and move away far enough to get out of their perimeter. They will magically reappear on the screen. Repeat the operation three times. At the fourth, Pikachu will accompany them and you can choose it by tapping on it.
Win (almost) all arena fights
When you fight an opponent in an arena, then you have to choose between three different actions: attack, dodge and super attack. However, the latter is only active when your Pokémon's gauge is filled to its maximum.
If you carefully observe the way the fights go, then you will find that enemies always start with a simple attack.
The best strategy is therefore to dodge as soon as the fight begins to avoid the blow and to quickly follow up with a simple attack.
You will then have to repeat the operation several times to win.
Choose the evolutions of the Eevee
Eevee is quite a peculiar Pokémon, and for an obvious reason: it can evolve in three different ways.
These transformations are totally random, of course, but there is still a trick to force the hand of fate: to give them a name corresponding in every way to that of the three Eevee of the original anime.
If you call your creature Reiner, Pyro, or Sparky, then it will automatically evolve into the associated type. The thing is, it will only work on the first creature captured, not the others.
Gain more experience points while catching Pokémon
To capture Pokémon, just throw a Pokéball at them.
Rather basic, no? Not necessarily. No, because it will also be possible to gain a little more experience by opting for a special throw.
It is not necessarily easy to achieve but it is above all a blow to be taken. Before throwing your Pokéball, place your finger on it and perform a few circular motions to make sparks appear. When it's done, just make sure to throw it into the target's green circle. In addition to the usual 100 experience points, you will earn 10 bonus points.
Use a bicycle to hatch your eggs faster
Sometimes you will come across eggs to hatch during your adventures. To carry out the operation, it is not very complicated because it suffices to walk the distance indicated under the eye. The larger it is, the rarer the Pokémon inside will be.
If you want to save some time, just use a bike and leave the app open. Pokémon Go won't see any difference, so you can hatch your eggs in minutes instead of hours.
What about the car? It won't work. Pokémon Go will immediately realize the deception.
And then ?
There are plenty of other tips of course. Like diversifying your trips, for example. The nature of the Pokémon encountered indeed depends on where you are and it is therefore preferable to think outside the box to diversify your collection.
Same thing for now. Some Pokémon only come out at night.
If you have a little trouble capturing creatures, it will also be better to turn off the function in connection with augmented reality. When active, Pokémon will spawn just about anywhere, making them harder to target.
Otherwise, there are also methods of cheating, relying on tools that can change the location of the phone to make Pokémon Go believe that we are on the other side of the globe. Funny, isn't it? Certainly, but Niantic has gone to war against these solutions and the publisher even threatened to ban trainers using their services. It will therefore be preferable not to use them.
Well, not if you care about yourself.
And you, what advice would you give to an apprentice trainer?
