Alena Buyx Children: Alena Buyx is a doctor and professor of German medical ethics. She has been President of the German Ethics Commission since 2020.
In September 2018 she was invited by the Technical University of Munich (TUM) to the W3 professorship in the field of ethics in medical and health technology.
She also heads the Institute for Anamnesis and Ethics at TUM. As a member of the National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina, Alena Buyx was inducted into the Science Department from 2020.
She has two children and is married.
