Bittorrent is working on a number of related projects, and he's been tweaking his new instant messaging solution for a while now. Bleep , that's its name, has just taken a new step and everyone can benefit from its alpha version now. Nice, and the best is yet to come because it is available on Windows, of course, but also on OS X and Android! Isn't life beautiful?
If you've missed a train or two, well, remember that Bleep has actually been available since this summer, and more specifically since July. However, only a handful of handpicked users could benefit from it so far.
But that is ancient history. As indicated in the introduction to this article, the tool is now freely available to Internet users around the world. If you want to take advantage of it, the only thing you have to do is go to that page and click on the button that's okay. On the button, or on the links just below.
Some of you may never have heard of this funny app.
To put it simply, Bleep presents itself as instant messaging software that works peer to peer. Its one and only goal is therefore to allow several people to trim the fat by sending each other text messages, or even by completely avoiding phone calls.
The routine, in short, with a few details. First point and not the least, Bleep can be used in incognito mode and it is therefore not necessary to enter your email address or phone number to take advantage of its features. It's great, and it's not over because all the data transmitted through it is encrypted. In other words, no one will be able to intercept your conversations. Not even the NSA. Well not in theory.
In short, if you are afraid that nasty spies will read your sext, then this tool is a very good alternative to the tenors of the genre.
