Windows Media Center, or WMC for those in the know, initially shipped with the media center version of Windows XP and it allowed the user to quickly transform their computer into a true digital entertainment center.
But now, in the meantime, many dedicated solutions have appeared. Faced with Plex and XBMC, Microsoft's solution has lost a lot of its luster and this is precisely what prompted the brand not to integrate it into its latest operating systems.

Okay, but how does it work? In fact, it is very simple and you will only need a few minutes to install the solution on your bike. You just have to follow the following steps:
- Download Windows Media Center by following this link.
- Extract the contents of the archive to the primary partition. (*)
- Open the folder.
- Right click on the _TestRights.cmd file.
- Select the option “Run as administrator”.
- Do the same with the Installer.cmd file.
- Wait for the end of the operation.
- Press a key to exit the installer.
(*) This is the partition where Windows is installed. It all depends on your setup, of course.
