Like it or not, the vast majority of us have become addicted to mobile phones. We use them everywhere and it seems hard to imagine our lives without them. Unfortunately, there are often people who use them at totally inappropriate times (driving, during a show, etc.) or in ways that can endanger health.
As you well know, mobile phones emit quite strong radiation, which over time can have negative effects. Some have a higher level of such emissions, others lower. But, what you have to do is to adopt certain practices that will keep you as far away as possible. Avoid long phone calls
We all have relatives or friends with whom we never seem to get tired of talking. And we call and sit on the phone for tens of minutes, until we feel the device in our hand catch fire. Well, such practices are not good at all, because a lot of radiation is emitted during calls.
What can you do? Meet your loved ones more often and spend less time on the phone with them. You may be better off texting or using chat-enabled applications, because in such cases the emissions are lower.
