James Bond: No Time to Die: The film's release postponed to October 8

The release of the next installment of the famous James Bond saga called No Time to Die has once again been postponed. A news that will surely not please fans who are already impatient to find Daniel Craig one last time in the skin of the famous British spy for a long time.

Indeed, while the release of this film has already been postponed for April 2, 2021 , MGM (Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc.), the production and distribution house of James Bond, has further extended the deadline . Note that this is the third time in a little less than a year.

According to MGM officials, the situation is in part due to COVID-19 and its impacts on the film industry. Moreover, James Bond: No Time to Die is not the only victim of the health crisis. And until this pandemic is brought under control, we can probably already expect more postponements.

Finally, James Bond: No Time to Die won't be released until October

From now on, to be able to watch this film which promises great twists and turns, we will have to wait until October 8, 2021 , previously scheduled for April 2.

The production house has no other choice. Knowing that the film will have cost 200 million dollars , with the current situation, the admissions will not even allow to amortize the costs of production. With restrictions on movie theaters meant to limit the spread of COVID-19, the return on investment is lost.

Moreover, James Bond: No Time to Die is not the only victim of the current health situation. The releases of Nobody , Ghostbusters: The Legacy or Peter Rabbit 2: Panic in the City have also been postponed, due to COVID-19.

Anyway, this next James Bond is very promising

In this next installment of 007's adventures, while he enjoys his retirement and a peaceful life in Jamaica, far from the crossfire and big explosions, he is contacted by Felix Leiter of the CIA to resume service.

No Time to Die will be the 25th film adaptation of the adventures of James Bond. Behind the making of this film is Cary Joji Fukunaga . And the cast of this work, which will be released “normally” on October 8, 2021, will be significant.

As the villain, Safin , we will have Rami Malek . And while Léa Seydoux will play the role of James Bond's beloved, Lashana Lynch will play a new 007 agent. Ana de Armas , Ben Whishaw and Christoph Waltz will also be there.
