Samsung has just confirmed what we all already know, which is that the Galaxy S21 will be well presented on January 14. This year, the new flagships of the Korean brand will therefore have a little head start.
Typically, the Galaxy Ss were all presented between February and March.
For the new year, however, Samsung has chosen to change its strategy by bringing forward the date of presentation of the S21.
The Galaxy S21 will be presented on January 14
If many have blamed Apple for this decision, the iPhone 12 is indeed a major competitor for the Galaxy S, it is also a safe bet that the offensive led by Chinese manufacturers has something to do with it.
Xiaomi has indeed unveiled the Mi 11 with a little advance too, becoming the very first manufacturer to bring a Snapdragon 888 on board its phones.
Still, from now on, we know that the Galaxy S21 will be well presented on January 14. If rumors are to be believed, three models should make up the range. We should therefore expect a Galaxy S21, a Galaxy S21 + and a Galaxy S21 Ultra.
Three devices very different from each other
Very different from each other, the first two models would have a fairly conventional look with a flat screen and a housing possibly made of plastics. The ultra model would go further with a curved screen, glass and metal.
We should also expect to find differences on the technical level, and in particular on that of the photo. The Galaxy S21 Ultra would be equipped with more sensors.
Note that Samsung should not stick to these three new smartphones. The brand could also take the opportunity to unveil the Galaxy Smart Tags , accessories operating on the principle of Tiles.
